イベント 11月6日（月）、第12回国際シンポジウム「The Challenges of Transdisciplinary Education and Research: What Can Japanese Universities Learn from the European Experience」を開催します。
第12回国際シンポジウムでは、昨年の第11回国際シンポジウムから引き続き、学際的教育研究について議論します。具体的に、欧州の学際的教育研究の実践から日本の大学が何を学べるのかについて議論します。特に、欧州や日本において学際的なアプローチが実際にどのように活用されているのか、また、その成功や失敗の原因を探ります。
The 12th International Symposium on Human Survivability continues the discussion about transdisciplinary education and research that we started at last year’s international symposium. At the 12th International Symposium on Human Survivability, we will discuss the lessons that can be learnt by Japanese universities from the practice of transdisciplinary education and research overseas. In particular, we will look into some examples of how transdisciplinary approaches have been applied in practice, and try to understand the reasons for their successes or failures.
