国際開発研究会では、学生の発意で国際開発や国際協力について幅広く研究しています。今回は世界の葬儀文化から国際開発について議論していきます。地域の風土や人々の死生観に基づいて、世界の葬儀は異なる様相を呈しています。現在、開発の進展と共に葬儀に変化が起きつつあります。このような葬儀文化について、考古学の観点から研究をしているゲストと一緒に考えてみませんか？
The International Development Research Group conducts extensive research on international development and international cooperation, utilizing student initiatives as a basis. We will examine international development from the perspective of funeral culture around the world. Funeral ceremonies around the world take on different aspects, depending on the local climate and people’s view on life and death. Funerals are undergoing changes as the development progresses. Why not consider this kind of funeral culture together with our guests, who are researching it from the archaeological perspective?
