Who I am
Born in Tokyo and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I earned my B.A. in comparative literature at Georgetown University. I wrote my thesis on the complementary effects of tragedy and comedy in Shakespeare’s Othello and Moliere’s L’ecole Des Femmes. At Shishukan, I hope to continue to study the intricacies and challenges of human experiences, while learning from my peers in different fields.
Currently, I’m researching the intersection of philosophy and artificial intelligence.
